Private Property Issue

This property abuts my back yard at 44 Sixth Street. There is an old shed which is falling apart and we have seen raccoons, rats, mice etc.. coming and going - also it is about to fall down. Furthermore, there are some old trees which are very large and are either dead or dying. Already, a branch fell on my neighbors roof and I am afraid if there is a bad storm, my new roof could be in danger. Other neighbors have complained about this property -but the owner has not done anything to correct it.
