Rabies concern - Sick raccoon emerged from sewer drain about 8 pm. Staggering around slowly. Raccoons are seen frequently in and around drain right in front of residences, blocking the sidewalk. People walk dogs and families with children often use the sidewalk at dusk. Please investigate.
