Private Property Issue

Length of Ramsdell St., Many overgrown bushes and hedges beginning to prevent using sidewalk. Property owners with overgrown yards, many with an abundance of "junk" in front yard...We have seen a marked increase in "wildlife", raccoons fighting, rabbit families and groundhogs inviting family and friends over for daily picnics! #156, #119, #48....etc
