Dead animal in the gutter on the north side of Goffe Terrace between Colony and Ellsworth -- approximately across from 150 Goffe Terrace. It's been there since at least Saturday March 25. Covered with flies and stinks. I think it's a raccoon but it's hard to tell. Please remove ASAP. Thank you.
