Public Space, Streets and Drains

The sewer drain on the east side of Kneeland Rd at the corner of Hervey Street always seems to back up with any kind of rain. This is not the first time today. I believe this drain was vacuumed out not too long ago because I think the McVac or whatever put a green spray mark on that sewer but you could see if you look closely in the reflection how the water is not going down until after it stops raining. The one directly across from it is working perfectly fine. And the one directly around the corner from it is working fine. I’m thinking maybe raccoons are blocking the flow.
