Public waste department has picked up the solid waste but, still leaving a trail of liquid waste. You are cleaning up but, Messing it up Again. The winter is coming soon that will be staying in the snow on the street. We are in water and animal habitat. This will bring critters, raccoons, rats, etc. Please reverse your route or Retire the truck. It smells and birds and cats are out there eating. Please fix it. Thank you.
